The largest, longest running Bluegrass festival in the region! Always held on the 4th Saturday in September – the annual Carl Junction Bluegrass festival is a family friendly weekend with LIVE music, craft booths, car & bike show, food trucks, kids area, and more.

Get ready to jam out with 8 live concerts with Bluegrass Bands from all over the four state area!

Food Vendors

Yummy food throughout the festival on Saturday. From funnel cakes, burgers, tacos, ice cream, and kettle corn – just to name a few!

Kids Only Area

Attractions for kiddos of all ages! Petting zoo, bounce houses, and face painting. An area just for your little ones!

Can I bring my pet? Please no pets allowed, only service animals.

Will you have any food vendors? Yes! We have 15+ different food trucks and vendors present. From tacos, burgers, funnel cakes, cinnamon rolls, fries, kettle corn, and more. 

What other type of vendors? We have 45+ craft and boutique vendors selling anything from home decor, quilts, clothing, local honey, wallets, and a lot more. Plus many amazing non-profit organizations and businesses bringing awareness to the services they offer. 

Anything for the kids to do? There will be 5 different bounce houses, yard games, petting zoo, facepainter, and other kid vendors in their own area of the park! 

I hear there is a car show?! Yes! There is a car and motorcycle show with registration starting at 9:00-11:00 AM on Saturday. Judging starts at Noon and awards are given at 2:00 PM. 

What are the rules for the beer & wine garden? The beer & wine garden will be open from 11:00-5:00 PM on Saturday featuring Chaos Brewery in Joplin, Flag City from Webb City, and Christine’s Vineyard in Webb City. No admission to get in the garden, you will pay the vendor directly. You MUST be 21 years or old to enter the garden. No exceptions. Beverages must be consumed inside the tent.
