2. Scope
This policy applies to all members, stakeholders, and customers engaging with the Carl Junction Area Chamber of Commerce for services, events, and products.
3. Services and Products Offered
- Membership Services: Includes networking opportunities, business promotion, advocacy, and access to resources.
- Events: Workshops, seminars, community events, and business expos.
- Products: Promotional materials, business directories, and branded merchandise.
4. Order Processing
- Membership Enrollment: New memberships are processed within 5 business days. Confirmation and welcome materials will be sent via email.
- Event Registration: Registrations for events are processed immediately upon receipt of payment. Confirmation is sent via email.
- Product Orders: Orders for physical products are processed within 3-5 business days. Digital products are delivered within 24 hours.
5. Payment Terms
